The Product Owner for our Interactive Squad is part of a squad that helps our product reach more than 24M families around the world by implementing game functionality, translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into functional and engaging games. 

This role will be responsible for the end to end content production pipeline. The PO is the master of production. S(he) ensures quality and project schedules and plays a crucial role in leading and supporting the development team. With a strong focus on player experience, related KPI, and internal/external communications, the PO partners closely with internal team members to make sure that each of them owns their scope providing sufficient contextual information in an agile development environment.
 
Some of the most challenging and exciting things in this role are:
  • Build and manage the development pipeline with the team.
  • Achieve deliverables through managing dev processes, resourcing, and prioritization. 
  • Identify and provide operational solutions for all dev members to reach their potential in quality and efficiency.  
  • Proactively assess and communicate operational risks and opportunities within the assigned scope and actively work with cross-functional team members like POs, Tech leads and Art/Design leads to reach the optimal solution.
  • Partner with the production team to manage scope and quality.
  • Establish an overall development schedule based on task estimation for production.
  • Determine resource requirements to meet task requirements.
  • Establish a project budget, determine task dependencies, and support the team to own tasks.
  • Effectively run and support various key meetings in the Dev cycle; stand-ups, sprint planning, feature kick-off, green light, retrospective, etc.
  • Maintain regular communication with the team and coordinate dependencies with external partners.

The ideal teammate for us would be someone genuinely passionate about games, but especially about kid’s games. Someone with at least 5 years of project management experience including Mobile App Development. Ideally a few projects in Mobile Game Development.

We are looking for a Product Owner experienced in various project management styles in different phases including lean and agile and had supported and managed multidisciplinary dev teams. 

We are looking for someone with high communication skills. English is a must. We are a multicultural team and we are providing a service in English so, we don't care about certificates but we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
